About Us
Most cookware is a lie. Not a dramatic one — a quiet one. A pan that performs beautifully in the store and starts falling apart six months later. Coatings that flake. Handles that loosen. Bases that warp the first time you push them hard. You replace it, buy something slightly more expensive, and the cycle repeats. The industry counts on that cycle. We built Smith Titanium to end it.

We're brothers — James and Robert. We didn't come from the cookware world. We came from the same place you did: a kitchen, a stove, and a growing frustration with products that never kept their promises. One day we stopped replacing and started asking why. Why was every pan coated in something the manufacturer wouldn't name? Why did "professional grade" mean nothing? Why was honest cookware so hard to find?
The answer was titanium. Pure, uncoated, uncompromising. No chemicals leaching into your food. No coating to scratch off, no non-stick surface to baby. A material so structurally sound it doesn't warp under high heat — it thrives in it. The more you cook on it, the better it performs. It doesn't need to be babied. It needs to be used.
We built everything around one belief: a pan should outlive the kitchen it's cooked in. That meant saying no — constantly. No to cheaper alloys that looked the same but performed differently. No to coatings that would buy us better margins and cost our customers their trust. No to the kind of growth that requires you to quietly lower your standards. Every pan that left our hands had to be something we were proud to put our name on. That's not a marketing line. That was the actual, daily work of building this company.
Now we're closing Smith Titanium. It's taken us a while to find the words for this page, because there aren't easy ones. What we built was real — the craftsmanship, the customers, the community of people who cooked on our pans and wrote to us about it. Closing doesn't erase that. But it does mean this is the end.

We refused to sell our remaining inventory to a liquidator. That felt like a betrayal of everyone who believed in what we made. So we're doing this the way we did everything — ourselves, directly, with no middleman. Final inventory. Up to 70% off. Straight from us to you. There is no restock. There is no quiet comeback planned. When the last pan ships, Smith Titanium is done.
If you've never cooked on one of our pans, we're asking you to trust us one last time. At this price, the risk is almost nothing. The upside is a piece of cookware that will still be performing long after you've forgotten what you paid for it. That's the whole promise — it always was.
Thank you. For every order, every review, every message telling us what our pans meant to you. Building this was the greatest professional privilege of our lives.
