30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@smith-titanium.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll send you detailed return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Our return facility is located outside the United States. Shipping costs typically range between $20 and $40 depending on your location and carrier. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method — we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@smith-titanium.com and we will make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time on their end. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please reach out to us at info@smith-titanium.com.
